Since opening in 1969, Cook’s Barbecue has been a favorite restaurant of Triad residents. We are somewhat off the beaten path, but it is definitely worth the visit for our warm, inviting atmosphere and our high-quality pork barbecue — still smoked in the traditional Lexington style, using 100% hickory wood.
In addition, we offer the best beef brisket in Davidson County, and many other home-cooked meals. We would love for you to come visit us — if you leave hungry, it’s not our fault.
